What's going on in Brunico?

At the Kneipp facility, located in the middle of nature, our exercise session begins with guided, gentle exercises. These invigorate both body and mind, improving balance, flexibility and inner stability. The silence of nature, combined with physical activity, provides new energy, resilience and a sense of deep well-being.
